Pukeroro Paddock
Fertile soils and a temperate climate along the Waikato River, at Pukeroro, have long been prized for growing food. Kumara was grown for centuries before wheat and fruit, and then the raising of sheep and cattle. Since 1870 each generation of our family has farmed and husbanded cows for the supply of milk. This year we continue the tradition of growing food on the paddocks of Pukeroro by offering you the finest meat we can serve. You can savor the taste of our commitment to the soil we steward, and the welfare of animals we husband.
